The tenses simply show the time of an action.

Present Perfect Continuous Tense indicates that something started in the past and is continuing at the present time.

The Structures of Present Perfect Continuous/Progressive Tense

POSITIVE FORM (+):

Subject + HAVE/HAS + BEEN + Verb-ING

NEGATIVE FORM (-):

Subject + HAVE/HAS + NOT + BEEN + Verb-ING

QUESTION FORM (?):

HAVE/HAS + Subject + BEEN + Verb-ING

Positive Sentences ( Sbj + HAVE/HAS+ BEEN + Ving )
